Implicit Bias Training for Educators
Classroom Management 101 equips educators with essential skills to effectively address and manage classroom disruptions by utilizing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) techniques. Designed for teachers at all levels, this course provides a practical, research-based approach to understanding and modifying student behaviors. Participants will learn how to identify the antecedents and consequences that drive disruptive behaviors, apply positive reinforcement strategies, and create a proactive classroom environment that encourages positive student engagement.
