Why Should I Enroll in this E-Course?

This course is designed to help participants understand the significance of planning. JT Taylor argues that planning is the most important practice that successful leaders engage in. By highlighting "The 4 C's of Execution" and "The Purpose P.L.A.N. Template," JT Taylor encourages participants to plan with the highest level of intentionality.

All participants will be able to define terms such as "vision" and "execution." Additionally, participants will gain practical strategies for "planning with a purpose." In addition, attendees will receive a copy of "The Purpose Planning Template," which includes a framework and guide for taking the following into consideration:

  3. Attitudes
  4. Networking

How is the course structured?

This 30 minute lecture/seminar is designed to facilitate engagement and interaction in a virtual setting. Participants will have an opportunity to create a robust discussion by using the comment section under the lecture. There are several interactive opportunities for participants to share their perspective about the planning process from a leadership lens.
